I chose to critique Samantha's Dreams and Nightmares, i see a lot of detail, shading, & different colors used. the textures used makes it look real, and lets us see the painting more realistically. This painting makes me feel like i'm actually looking at thanksgiving desert and how everything is placed and decorated. I think what Samantha did the best was the candles, and the pie because they both look realistic and detailed really good especially on the candle the lighting on it is amazing.
Peer Critique
I critiqued Cameron"s drawing what I see is a pattern of the same color put different shades of it but lighter, the colors that are used are a light green, dark green, and then black. the shape that is probably visible is the circles blending into the colors, there are no unknown objects. the lines are used to make squares. the texture makes it into a pattern. the art work has a lot of simple colors to it and in a pattern. I like it because its in different shades of green and in a pattern.
